Aktau and Just Benjamin have looked set up for the Mornington Cup (2400m) since their respective Australian debuts so no surprise they head the market for the race with Sportsbet.com.au.
The winner gets ballot exemption into the Caulfield Cup and these two imports have impressed since arriving in Australia. Aktau is the favourite though at $4.60, ahead of Just Benjamin, who is a $5 chance but did firm into $4.80 at one stage.
Inverloch, who won the Prelude last Saturday, is a $6.50 chance with Linda Meech to steer and hopefully control for its fans. Harlem, the class runner of the field, is a $10 chance.
