Inglis unveils record 321-lot Ready2Race catalogue

Inglis has unveiled a record 321-lot catalogue for its 2026 Ready2Race Sale, with the expanded offering driven by strong racetrack results from recent graduates and increasing demand from buyers and vendors.

The catalogue was released on Sunday and represents the largest offering in the sale’s history as Inglis looks to build on its growing reputation as a source of high-class racehorses.

Last year’s graduates have already delivered significant results, headed by two-year-old Group 1 winner Tron Bolt.

Listed Woodlands Stakes winner Queen Regent also emerged from the 2025 sale, while Hard Kick has won at stakes level at both two and three from just three career starts.

Previous Ready2Race graduates include Group 1 winners Libertad and Nettoyer, along with million-dollar earners Democracy Manifest, Tavi Time and Strait Acer.

Of the 321 horses catalogued for this year’s sale, 232 were purchased specifically for the Ready2Race Sale through public auction, with a significant group of homebred youngsters completing the catalogue.

The stallion representation includes some of the world’s most sought-after sires, with progeny of I Am Invincible, Zoustar, Frankel, Gun Runner, Siyouni, Toronado, Too Darn Hot, Home Affairs, Ole Kirk, Savabeel, Harry Angel and Wootton Bassett among those catalogued.

Youngsters by Exceed And Excel, The Autumn Sun, Street Boss, Written Tycoon and Ghaiyyath will also be offered.

The catalogue also provides buyers with an opportunity to assess members of the first crops of Anamoe, Artorius, In The Congo and Diatonic.
