Golden Slipper winner Farnan headlines the field with the star colt resuming after being the standout two-year-old of the season although this may be his toughest task to date with Queensland star Rothfire and unbeaten North Pacific also in the race.
Farnan opened as the $2.00 favourite with Sportsbet but there has been good money for The Everest slot holder Rothfire and North Pacific since markets opened suggesting punters think it is a pretty open race between those three horses.
