Irish jockey Mikey Sweeney has held on to score possibly the most remarkable win you’ll see all year during a jumps race at Boulta, Killeagh point to point track in County Cork.
Sweeney was on board Ask Heather and had pulled clear of the nearest rival with only the final hurdle between them and a certain victory.
However, Ask Heather failed to completely clear the final jump and almost sent Sweeney flying had it not been for a remarkable piece of horsemanship..
Sweeney held on for dear life and managed to remount the horse before storming home to score the most incredible of victories.
The spectacular save has to be seen to be believed.
