The giant racehorse is actually made out of contortionists, and Stefanie ‘rode’ the horse once the acrobats were in position.
It was done to celebrate the World’s premier international jockeys’ competition, the upcoming Dubai Duty Free Shergar Cup on Saturday 9th August.
