My top rater for the race is horse i feel has been overlooked in the race with a lot of talk about the favourite Top Drop whom i feel is too short to back. Demanding Miss goes into the race with some very strong Sydney form and i think the $8 on offer at Sportsbet is great value.
Next Best:
The horse i rated second best for the race is Startsmeup and it was very tough to decide between my top two selections although the extra value around Demanding Miss persuaded me to go with her. Startsmeup has shown a lot of talent although always finds a way to get beaten, his last run at the Gold Coast was probably the run of the race behind Celtic Dancer and that form rates well her. Currently at $7 at Sportsbet
Best Roughie:
Butt Im Ready looks to be the best roughie of the race, has been racing in some quality fields in Sydney where he has been outclassed although this field looks to be better suited and i think he will put in a good run at $34 currently on offer at Sportsbet
