The main race of the day is the 2011 Magic Millions 2YO Classic worth over $1.1million dollars, in what looks to be another very tough race to dissect due to a lot of mixed form lines heading into the race. I have gone with a value runner ive been following and should enjoy the trip and track conditions.

My top rater for this years Magic Millions 2YO Classic is Five O’Clock, i have been following him since his first start and i have always thought he would be suited for this race. The heavy 9 is a bit of a worry although he looked to travel through it at his only start when beaten by Playtime although was very green. Should be able to get a good sit in the race from Barrier 1 and the drop in weight (3kg) is a bonus. Currently a $16 chance at Sportsbet
Second Best:
The clear favourite for the race is Karuta Queen, and deserves to be after winning 3 from 3. She has looked very impressive in all of her starts and i feel she will be right in the finish today. I have a query whether she will handle the Heavy track so she could be a risk at her current odds but class wise she is the one too beat. Currently a $3.20 at Sportsbet
Best Rougie:
My roughie for the race is Playtime who is currently $61 at Sportsbet, she has shown to handle the conditions and her last run im willing to forget as she heavily over raced which is why she tired early. Has to jump from barrier 16 which isnt much of an issue as she will push forward, if she can get an easy lead i feel she could give a good kick at long odds.
