Race 1 10:45am Synthetic 1400m
Very open field of finicky females. Off the draw, SEDUCTIVE comes into play. She is tough late and should get a terrific run from this gate. STORMY VISION is ready to run well. Will be good odds but is suited on a lot of fronts in this as she is coming back in trip. SOUL PLANET has the light weight and can get the job done. Probably drops back from this gate but has wheels late.

Race 2 11:15am Synthetic 1200m
This should be a strong field but it isn’t quite there. And that just means the draw, the jock, the conditions suit THIS ROUND’S MINE. There are a few who will clap on the speed, cancelling themselves out and this filly should charge over the top of them. MOKSGMOL has been breezing really well and comes into this drawn nicely. Should run boldly. SYSTEMIC RISK may have trouble crossing a few of these but if she can find cover to the bend she has enough ability to test them late.

Race 3 11:45am Synthetic 1700m
You just know CAPE MIST is going to get all the breaks in this. She’s inform, she’s tough, she has a top class rider on board and has the perfect gate. PEACE SEEKER looks well placed at this level too. Form is solid enough to trouble. BEL TEMPO has already won 3 times and more importantly this year. So knows what to do.

Race 4 12:12pm Synthetic 1300m
Big field at the bottom of the barrel. Owners and trainers trying to move their slow ones on. Market will be wide open and that means DREAMIN ON A CLOUD could be better valley than she should be. Has the draw, the jock and the speed to lead all the way here. SNELL FLICKA should fire up against these. May have to take a sit but has performed better than these. YUM YUM could be worthy here. She has talent and has won 5 races in her career. And that includes 2 this year. That makes her a threat in this weak field.

Race 5 12:45pm Synthetic 1700m
FLECK has the big weight but is the getter racehorse. Will need a good run and may well drop into the one, one here. Big show. As is GLIB MARILYN. She’s been around a while but is arguably having her best season. Has won twice this time up and this isn’t overly strong. FLORIST shipped in from Alberta last start and was trapped wide all the way. Experienced here now and this is easier. Should improve.

Race 6 1:16pm Synthetic 1400m
Fascinating race here. Two weeks back in a very similar contest we hade 5 horses charge home out wide late. They came home all in a clump, about ¾ length between them at the end and they ran 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th. Well the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th runners are back at it here. BALA FALLS ran 3rd but was coming hardest at the end. MAMBOINTHEFOREST was 2nd home and must be strongly fancied while IN VIEW was 5th but met with a little bother in the straight.

Race 7 1:45pm Synthetic 1100m
JUST BLING IT has plenty of toe and has won this time up. Is fast but has big weight. RASPBERRY WILD resumed from a spell this grade last start and came home hard late to grab 2nd. Needs a hot pace on early and probably gets it here. TALLULAH DARLING has speed but drawn off the track. If she goes super hard she can lead them as she is dropping in class.

Race 8 2:12pm Synthetic 1400m
ULTERED PERCEPTION is a nice filly and working well. Looks very well placed here. REIGNING IN will need to drop back early from this draw but is in a winnable race and has an inform rider steering. LOST A SOCK will be running on and form is fair enough for this. Should be big odds.
