Yorkshire Oaks 🏆: View the Field and Odds for the Yorkshire Oaks

7 Royal Fixation (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has done little wrong in two career outings and is the one to beat for me in what looks a two horse race. She debuted with a strong win at Thirsk before going to the Duchess Of Cambridge at Newmarket when near the speed and battled away really well in defeat. Drawn the right part of the track, she is the one.

1 America Queen (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a daughter of Havana Grey that went like a rocket on debut at Haydock, winning by over 12 lengths and ran really good time. Good test here but confident she can messude up.

2 Argentine Tango (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has been a model of consistency throughout her seven start career and suspect that will continue here after a second at Goodwood in the Molecomb when trying hard but just couldn’t quite get there. She’ll be around the mark against these.

3 Anthelia (Bet Now:  $SP.00) steps up to 1200m after a win over 1000m at Newbury when near the speed and tracked with purpose before being clicked up and she drew clesr late to win well. She should be strong at the end of 1200m and has good upside.

1 Tadej (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a few weeks between runs since a Group lll win at Deauville where he found plenty under pressure to fend them off and win. He has the runs on the board to be respected.

10 Golden Brown (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes here off the back of a somewhat unlucky fourth at Goodwood where he didn’t get the clearest of paths in the straight and I think should have finished closer. He can threaten if the breaks go his way.

2 Bullet Point (Bet Now:  $SP.00) hasn’t won this prep but has been close up this time in and is knocking on the door. I think he’ll knock the down here after a couple of runner up efforts. Maps perfect, strong late, he’ll take beating against this lot.

7 Remmooz (Bet Now:  $SP.00) rises in grade/depth after a track/distance win where he chased the speed and credit to him, he got better as the race went okay to win and win well. Hard to knock the way he’s going and is a key threat.

12 Old Cock…(Bet Now:  $SP.00) how on earth this name got through to the keeper I have no idea, but he is a horse with talent. Knuckled down with purpose to win two back before a close up fourth last start, keeping on. Drawn the right part of the track to be dangerous.

3 Minnie Hauk (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has won the English/Irish Oaks his last two, the latest being the Irish Oaks at Curragh when near the speed and she got better as the race went on. This race is terribly thin, so she just picks hsrself.

1 Estrange (Bet Now:  $SP.00) lacks the class of Minnie Hauk but she is a horse who will stay all day, as seen last start in the Lancashire Oaks where she was there to be beaten but she found and was strong to the line. She will give the favourite a race I am sure.

2 Garden Of Eden (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is capable of a forward showing. She was a strong winner of the Ribblesdale at Royal Ascot before going to the German Oaks where she was too bad to be true. Off the Ribblesdale effort, she can threaten.

2 Karmology (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a model of consistency and is an each way bet for me. She sat on speed at Newmarket last time and though safely held, she stuck on and was game in defeat when third. Good racing style and overall, this isn’t a deep contest.

3 Rainbows Edge (Bet Now:  $SP.00) steps up in trip for Team Gosden after racing over 2000m here a few weeks ago when on speed and was there to win but just whacked in the run to the line. The trip is the query and with the right run in transit, she can take this out.

6 Alice Monet (Bet Now:  $SP.00) steps up in trip after coming back in trip at Leopardstown last start, leading throughout and was far too good for a moderate bunch. Good test here but think she can measure up.

7 Special Dividend (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is 2/2 to start his career and confident he can make it 3/3. His latest run saw him lead throughout and was impressive in the run to the line. The rise in trip should be fine and beware the unbeaten horse.

2 Stellar Sunrise (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is an Andrew Balding trained colt that comes here off the back of a strong win at Goodwood where he got into a decent spot in transit and got better as the race went on to win well. 1400m is okay for me and has a good racing style.

1 Command The Stars (Bet Now:  $SP.00) has the 1400m runs under the belt, which should hold him in good stead. Latest run was over 1400m at Lingfield when on speed and was impressive in the run to the line. Good test here but confident he can measure up.

3 Perfect Part (Bet Now:  $SP.00) each way in the get out. He comes here with fresh legs, having not raced since June 28 at Chester when off speed and kept chasing without threatening. Drawn to get a good drag into the race and hopefully can launch over the top.

14 Maybe Not (Bet Now:  $SP.00) comes back to 1400m after a last start win over the Mike at Kempton when giving them a start and a beating after a tardy beginning. She’ll be strong late and can win again.

11 Shallow (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was a horse I was quite keen on when she raced at Goodwood but like most for the meeting, she really struggled on the bog track. Firmer deck here, she can run a much improved race.
