The second foal from Champion mare Winx (her first died at birth) by stallion Pierro which sold for $10million dollars earlier this year has been given a name.
Announced on X (formerly twitter) by Woppit bloodstock who raced Winx, the post read ‘Named after the Latin American celebration of a girl’s 15th birthday, marking her passage from girlhood to womanhood, this young lady is stepping out of the shadow of her mum Winx.’
