In one of the more bazaar reasons for a race meeting to be abandoned, today’s Port Lincoln meeting has been abandoned after a stolen car caused damage to the racing surface of the track.
RacingSA made the announcement on their X account this morning.
“Due to an external incident that has caused damage to the racing surface, today’s meeting at Port Lincoln has been postponed.”
