The horses at the top of the market for Saturday’s $7.5m Golden Eagle at Rosehill have all drawn wide.
The final field and barriers were released for the rich Golden Eagle over 1500m at Rosehill this morning and the favoured runners have all fared poorly when it came to the drawing a gate with race favourite Funstar in barrier 22 and Alligator Blood to jump from barrier 15.
A full field of eighteen horses have accepted for the race along with four emergencies in Sydney’s second richest race.
Funstar despite drawing the outside barrier retains favouritism at $4.40 with Sportsbet whilst second favourite Alligator Blood held steady in the market after drawing 15.
