The Moonee Valley Racing Club committee will deliberate on a late surprise entrant into Saturday’s Cox Plate field.
Connections of Trap For Fools who was a late scratching from the Coongy Cup at Caulfield on Saturday wish to run their horse against Winx in what is likely a well below capacity Cox Plate on Saturday.
The committee will discuss and make a decision before the final field is announce at approx 9am.
