There isn’t many races left in this years racing season but we have had a late contender for the worst beat in the fifth race at Rosehill on Saturday.
The horse was the John O’Shea trained Sound Of Cannons who was held up for a majority of the straight to go down in a photo finish.
Jockey Tommy Berry tried to get Sound Of Cannons out of a pocket but could not find a gap until about the 100m market with the horse flying home to go down a nostril to No Compromise.
