Australia’s superstar mare ‘Black Caviar’ has been officially retired today after a press conference was announced by Peter Moody at 3pm at Caulfield racecourse where she is stabled. All owners where in attendance for the conference which brought speculation around lunchtime that her retirement was immanent.
