Australian bookmaker the TAB is holding over $1million on Champion mare Winx to win today’s Apollo Stakes at Randwick with a flood of money continued to come in for her throughout the day.
With more than four hours still remaining the TAB is anticipating to hold one of the biggest books on a single runner in a race outside of the three majors being the Cox Plate, Caulfield Cup and Melbourne Cup.
Massive bets of $250,00, $225,000 and $219,000 have all been taken on her to win her return race today.
Winx is the $1.10 favourite in betting.
