The Godolphin owned International Dubhe is the $3.50 red hot favourite to win the 3200m Group One Sydney Cup on Saturday with bookmakers not giving much else a chance to beat the horse who will be having his first start in Australia.
Charlie Appleby has a very good record in Australia with his stayers and that looks to continue if the market is right with the next best in betting being Big Duke, Midterm and Red Cardinal who are all at $8.00 with all other runners in double figures.
