2 Murkado (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is racing like he will eat up 1500m. He ran over 1400m two weeks ago at the Gold Coast, chasing strongly from off speed but couldn’t quite get there when a close up third to Wewonachevy. Extra 100m looks ideal, he takes beating against these.

5 Win Star (Bet Now:  $SP.00) won at this track/distance last Wednesday, getting the A1 run in transit and despite being exposed early, she had enough in hand to get the job done. She has found winning form, she can go on with it.

6 Ember Royale (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should eat up 1500m after a win over 1200m at the Sunny Coast, giving her rivals a start and a beating in an impressive performance. The rise in trip looks fine and overall, this is a very winnable race.

6 Taravia (Bet Now:  $SP.00) on top but not really a race I want to get involved in. He ran fifth to Demarcay two weeks ago at the Gold Coast. He landed in a decent spot in transit and tried hard but just lacked the killer finale to finish the job. Think if ridden with more intent early, he can bounce back.

2 Social Outcast (Bet Now:  $SP.00) ran third to Demarcay a fortnight back. He landed in a decent position just off the pace and presented to threaten. He didn’t win but stuck on well enough in defeat. He is racing well and should be around the mark.

5 Demarcay (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was a surprise winner two weeks back at the Gold Coast. He led throughout and credit to him, he was there to be beaten but he found and was strong to the line in scoring. Can he repeat the dose? I say no, but he’s a first four threat.

1 Global Eclipse (Bet Now: $1.65) is a leading chance for Team Munce after a win over the mile at Doomben last time, ridden with intent and that was the difference between winning and losing, having enough in hand late to score. He is hard to beat off a win.

12 Saveur (Bet Now: $18.00) steps up to 1800m after racing over the mile at Doomben where she got off speed but kept chasing behind Global Eclipse. 1800m, bigger track, Waller polish, she is one of the leading contenders.

3 Ready For The Trip (Bet Now: $13.00) is third up from a spell and should be at peak fitness. He ran over 1350m three weeks back at Doomben when off speed and whacked late. Jumps sharply in trip but is racing as if it will suit and this isn’t a deep race overall.

3 Blazen Boots (Bet Now: $3.70) steps up to 1600m after racing over 1350m three weeks ago at Doomben. He got back off speed, raced wide, and was never really a factor. Good track/distance record, he’s dangerous against these.

4 Liberty Park (Bet Now: $7.00) should be in the mix after a first up win over this trip at Doomben, giving his rivals a start and a beating in an impressive performance. He’s got good upside/improvement to come, he is a threat.

2 Absolute Sunshine (Bet Now: $14.00) is third up from a spell and should be at peak fitness. Both runs back have come at the Gold Coast, winning fresh over 1200m before a solid effort over 1500m two weeks back. Hard fit, getting to the mile, a knockout chance.

5 He’s Tru Blue (Bet Now:  $SP.00) for me. Tony Gollan trained galloper that resumes after a two run Winter prep where he ran well in the second start before being spelled. Looks to have trialled well, kind map and this is a thin race.

12 Another Cashie (Bet Now:  $SP.00) should be better for the first up run, which came over 1110m at Doomben when off speed and worked home strongly late in the piece when second. Looks to have returned well, should appreciate 1200m, big track…hard to beat.

1 First Mission (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is a Kelly Schweida trained gelding that resumes. He hasn’t raced since June 3 at Doomben when near the speed and tired late behind Break Free. Trialled well at Doomben last Tuesday, can run well fresh, watch betting.

3 Komodo Dragon (Bet Now:  $SP.00) looks a good thing here. O’Shea/Chartlon trained gelding that spanked them on the Kenso at Randwick last time, leading throughout and he gave nothing else a look in. 1400m should be fine, good racing style, he takes a power of beating.

11 Scripted (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is running out of chances but she is a mare that is capable of blowing them away if she brings her best. She ran over 1500m at Rosehill last time and did seemingly have her chance but I really liked the way she finished her race off. If she brings her best, she goes awfully close.

2 Exceed Perfection (Bet Now:  $SP.00) landed each way bets when a winner at the Gold Coast two weeks ago. He landed near the speed and was there to be beaten but he found under pressure to score. Good racing style, he should be around the mark.

6 Nails Murphy (Bet Now:  $SP.00) ran a narrow third to Express Payment a few weeks back at Doomben. He landed near the speed and was there to win but just couldn’t quite get the job done when a narrow third. Hard fit, he appeals.

2 Brindavan (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is four weeks between runs since a placing at this track/distance, trying hard from off the pace but found one better. Tick over trial was good and despite the tricky gate, he commands respect.

1 Yet He Moves (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is three weeks between runs since racing over the mile at Doomben when off speed and kept chasing in a pretty good effort in defeat behind Express Payment. Good track/distance record, I am not dismissing him.

5 Tasoraay (Bet Now: $6.00) is four weeks between runs since resuming at Randwick over 1200m when back off speed and whacked late without threatening behind Decorum. Form reads super and the tick over trial was strong, so he’s a definite improver and is san each way bet.

4 Hopper (Bet Now: $11.00) ran fourth to Metaphorically two weeks back at the Gold Coast. I thought he got into a decent spot in the run and was there to threaten but just lacked the finale to go with them late in the piece. He is one for exotics.

6 Pocketmoney (Bet Now: $6.50) was far from disgraced in the Pink Ribbon Cup at the Gold Coast. She landed in a decent spot in transit and tried hard but just lacked the finale to get the job done. Think she is a more first four threat than a winning threat.

I think 11 Moulin Miss (Bet Now: $4.40) can produce sustained speed from the front. Short course specialist for Tony Gollan that won at this track/distance last time out, with sustained speed coming to the fore in an impressive effort. She jumps on the bunny and will look the winner for a long way.

6 Fleetwood (Bet Now: $8.00) comes back to 1000m after racing over 1110m three weeks ago at Doomben when off speed and chased strongly in the straight when third to Polyglot. Back to 1000m I like, he’ll be strong late…just depends what start he concedes.

2 Flying Destiny (Bet Now: $41.00) is a Michael Freedman trained gelding that resumes. His last run was June 6 in the Lightning at this track/distance when a game fourth to Monte Supreme. Likely will spot them a start but will motor late if within range and can win.

5 Gram (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is humming for Tony Gollan. He has won six on the bounce, the latest being three weeks back at Doomben, landing on speed and he found plenty under pressure to score. Good test here but confident he can measure up.

7 Ser Joh (Bet Now:  $SP.00) is four weeks between runs since racing over 1400m here. She was ridden with intent, leading, and just felt the pinch late behind Kintyre. Like her back in trip and with a more patient steer, she’s dangerous.

15 Just Precious (Bet Now:  $SP.00) was a first up winner three weeks back at Doomben, sitting off speed and came with a well timed run to score. Fitter and up in trip, does no work from the inside draw, she’s a first four threat.

NEXT BEST: Race Nine Number 11 Moulin Miss

LONG SHOT: Race Eight Number 5 Tasoraay
