Exciting Hong Kong sprinter Sky Field has lived up to his hype at Sha Tin on Sunday with another arrogant win.
Sky Field was sent out as the heavily backed odds on favourite in the Class 3 sprint at Sha Tin on Sunday and he didn’t let his backers down winning eased down on the line after overcoming a checkered path during the run.
Sky Field has now made it three wins from four career starts for trainer Caspar Fownes and has stamped himself as one of the most exciting horses in the country with Group race aspirations now beckoning.
The 4YO gelding by Deep Field was a $175,000 purchase from the 2018 Karaka sale in New Zealand.
