A Victorian stablehand has been suspended after failing to report that he had been in close contact of someone who had tested positive to COVID-19.
Stablehand Victor Suarez Garcia has been suspended until midnight on Wednesday, September 30th for failing to tell trainer Mike Moroney that he had been in close contact with someone who had tested positive to COVID-19.
Garcia has since been tested twice for COVID-19 and has returned negative results on both occasions.
