Trainer unhappy with All Star Mile voting

All Star Mile voting got off to a rocky start for trainer Grahame Begg

Victorian trainer Grahame Begg filed in an early protest on the $5m All Star Mile voting after his horse had outdated information on its profile.

Begg had nominated his horse Galaxy Raider for the $5m All Star Mile at Caulfield in March but as the voting wen’t live on Thursday morning he noticed the page for his horse had incorrect information which he felt would hinder his horses chances of receiving votes.

Galaxy Raider’s All Star Mile page had read the horse had not won for two years despite his win at Flemington on Saturday.

Begg tweeted about the issue as the incorrect information would result in less votes.
