The ever popular Rangirangdoo will be reunited with Nash Rawiller in Saturday’s Group One George Main Stakes for the first time since they combined to win the 2010 Doncaster.

Rawiller, last season’s leading Group One jockey, replaces Corey Brown who sticks with Secret Admirer in the 1600m weight-for-age race when racing returns to Randwick.

Rangirangdoo is one of four possible runners for trainer Chris Waller with Danleigh and Shoot Out confirmed and a decision on import Class Is Class to be made after he works on Tuesday.

“Corey has decided to stick with Secret Admirer with a view to her future program and I respect that,” Waller said.

“Nash is back on Rangi for the first time since the Doncaster and we’re pleased to have him.”

Shoot Out, the favourite for next month’s Epsom Handicap, will be having his first start since this year’s Doncaster in which he finished second to More Joyous.

“He is as fit as we can get him for 1600 metres first-up with racing him,” Waller said.

“He lacks a bit of match practice but I still think he will go well.”

Danleigh is not lacking match practice and goes into the race off a third in the Warwick Stakes followed by victory in the Chelmsford Stakes.

Rain is predicted in Sydney over the next few days which should also help his cause with Jim Cassidy to ride.

Secret Admirer’s trainer Grahame Begg said the mare was in fine fettle after two seconds at her past two starts, last time behind Danleigh.

She is being prepared for a tilt at the Caulfield Cup.

There were 11 entries for the George Main including three-year-old All Too Hard who missed Saturday’s $1 million Golden Rose in favour of taking on the older horses.

Melbourne mare Yosei is also entered for the George Main as well as a 1400m handicap at Caulfield.

Yosei won the 2010 Sires’ Produce Stakes (1400m) and finished third in this year’s Doncaster.
