Our Boy Malachi also known as the Rockhampton Rocket has bled following his run in the Darley Classic.
Our Boy Malachi who had previously bled in last years Doomben 10,000 will receive a lifetime ban from racing in Australia.
The son of Top Echelon had 27 career starts winning 19 of them and amassed just under $1million dollars.
Team Hawkes will not look to race the horse overseas and will retire him immediately:
