Jockeys Damien Oliver and Chris Symons have been taken to hospital following a race fall at Bendigo.
Symons’ mount Hampshire was the first to come to grief with Oliver on Mefnooda going over the top of the fallen runner.
Apprentice Jye McNeil was also thrown from his mount Adopted Opinion.
Early reports indicate Oliver has a sore neck and Symons may have concussion.
McNeil has escaped injury but he has been stood down from riding.
