Multiple Group One winner Hey Doc has opened as favourite for the Carlyon Stakes
Multiple Group One winner Hey Doc heads the market for the Carlyon Stakes (1000m) this Saturday at Moonee Valley, a track he won the Manikato at in the Spring.
The Tony McEvoy trained galloper hasn’t raced since not pulling up 100% in the Lightning behind Redkirk Warrior. He has looked sharp in jump outs and work. He heads betting at $4.50, just ahead of Faatinah at $4.60.
Speed demon Super Too, who should have no trouble coming over from gate 13, is at $5.00, just ahead of the classy mare Quilista at $6.50, who should get the run of the race.
