Jockey Michelle Payne who is set to return to race riding after suffering a fall has been dumped from all future rides on last years Melbourne Cup winner Prince Of Penzance.
Prince Of Penzance owner John Richards has confirmed Michelle will not ride his horse this Spring which is likely to include a first up run in the G1 Memsie Stakes before contesting his main Spring target the Melbourne Cup on 1st November.
It is unknown what brought the decision however it would have been very unlikely Michelle would have been fit to ride Prince Of Penzance in his first up run in just over two weeks time.
