Kings Will Dream was taken to a Ballarat Veterinary Clinic after suffering from a pelvic fracture and a ruptured a blood vessel during the Cox Plate.
Managing owner Brad Spicer said on Twitter that Kings Will Dream has a long road ahead with a minimum 12-month recovery period but was ‘out of the woods’ as far as survival goes.
