High-profile jockeys Jeff Lloyd and Kerrin McEvoy will ride at the Tatt’s Tiara meeting before both spend time on the sidelines serving careless riding suspensions.
Lloyd was outed for causing interference in a race at Ipswich on Saturday while McEvoy incurred his ban at Rosehill.
They both pleaded guilty and both deferred their suspensions until after next Saturday’s Doomben meeting featuring the Tatt’s Tiara, the final Group One race of the season.
Lloyd, a runaway leader of the Brisbane premiership in what will be his final season before retirement, will serve eight days while McEvoy will be out for a week after Saturday..
