Kate Nipperess has made significant improvements in her recovery from the spinal injuries which were a result of a fall during trackwork at Warwick Farm on July 28.
Kate has been spending much of her time in the gym where the hard work has seen her be able to move her legs around 60mm.
In an update from Racing NSW the trackwork rider has vowed to walk out of the rehabilitation hospital where she is working hard to recover from the injuries.
Kate has her own room and spent the weekend in the gym. The hard work has started to pay off with Kate moving her legs around 60mm in the gym. Kate has vowed to walk out of the rehabilitation hospital.

Nipperess suffered the multiple injuries when a riderless horse collided head-on with her mount.
