The Gai Waterhouse/Adrian Bott trained Group One winning sprinter English has lost her spot in this years Everest.
Slot holder Damion Flower has made the decision to drop English from using his Everest spot and will re-negotiate with other connections to find a new horse to race for him in Australia’s richest race.
Viddora and Zousain head the list of horses to take English’s spot in the race with Houtzen and Pierata also in the mix.
English was a $26 chance in The Everest odds.
The Kelly family who own English have contacted Everest slot owner Damion Flower @jadeskye_racing over the mare. In the best interests for English she wonβt line up in Everest. Damion is now examining other prospects to take Englishβs slot.
