Mick Price has confirmed that dual Group One winning galloper Tarzino will be retired.
Tarzino was set to run in the Caulfield Cup this Spring Carnival but swelling in his left foreleg saw the 4-year-old scratched from the race.
Tarzino’s accomplishments include winning last years Group One Victoria Derby and Rosehill Guineas earlier this year.
Connections will now look for a stud in New Zealand where Tarzino can spend his retirement.
