Caulfield Cup winner Boom Time looks set to resume at Flemington early next month after an impressive trial at Tatura on Tuesday morning.
The Lindsay Park runner hit the line nicely to win the 850m trial having reunited with Caulfield Cup winning jockey Cory Parish.
Lindsay Park’s head trainer David Hayes told broadcaster Racing.com that Boom Time would look to resume in a 1400m race at Flemington on May 5 in what would be a light Autumn preparation.
“We’re probably going to have a run in the RA Lee (Stakes) and bring him back for the Caulfield Cup next year” Hayes said.
