Darren Weir dominated Brierly Day at the Bool and Sportsbet.com.au believe he will take the feature jumps race on Wednesday, the Galleywood Hurdle (3200m).
Renew, a quality flat horse in his own right, is proving to be a star over the hurdles, though he did a bit wrong last start at Oakbank yet still won. He has opened the $2.80 favourite, ahead of Arch Fire at $4, out from $3.90.
Angelology, who has been excellent this time in, has been a slight drifter also, out to $4.60 from $4.50. There has been early interest for Honey Steels Gold, who trimmed to $8.50 from $9 before easing back to his opening price.
John Monash is rock solid at $5.50 for Patrick Ryan Jr.
