The Chris Waller trained Delectation has been well backed to win the BTC Cup on Saturday.
Delectation has firmed from $17 into $15 with online bookmaker sportsbet.com.au.
The four-year-old has received more money than stablemate and $4.00 favourite Japonisme. Waller’s other runner, Counterattack, is $10.
Fell Swoop was well supported early in the week, but has now eased from $4.20 out to $4.50.
Malaguerra ($6.00) has plenty of admirers and Target In Sight ($15) has not been overlooked, with one punter having $1000 on the place on Joe Pride’s sprinter.
“It’s not surprising punters are getting behind a Chris Waller runner, but it’s the outsider of his three starters. Fell swoop remains the best supported, but Delectation has gone almost dollar for dollar with him,’’ said sportsbet.com.au’s Christian Jantzen.
