Viddora is the proven big time performer against the boys and now against the girls, she is the popular elect in the Sportsbet.com.au market for the Robert Sangster (1200m) this Saturday at Morphettville.
The Lloyd Kennewell trained mare was a beaten favourite first up in the Irwin behind Dainty Tess ($11 – $12) but some thought she was disappointing in not winning despite not being clear until 150m from home. She opened at $4.40 and touched $4.30 before drifting out to $4.60, despite easing she still holds most of the money held on the race.
In form mare Quilista is next best at $5.75 after a fab Sydney prep where she won a couple of Stakes races. There has been support also for the Andrew Noblet trained Super Cash at $7.00, in from $8.00.
There has been interest at longer odds for Formality, who is now at $13 after opening $15.
