Sugar Boom heads the market in Saturday's Play Gold Coast Open

Tony Gollan looks to have a strong hand in the Play Gold Coast (900m) and Sportsbet.com.au punters are happy to back a couple of his runners in the scamper.

Sugar Boom is hard fit, in form and has early toe, so she is favourite at $4.20, slightly out from $4. That is because there has been good support for stablemate Tullio, who opened $5 and is now into $4.60.

Spurcraft, who has a great record at the track/distance, is rock solid at $6.50 while another Gollan runner, Howwonderfullifeis, is $9 and unchanged.
