Trapeze Artist has a spot in The Everest and he holds the call in betting

Despite no recent movement with slot holders, there has been some change in the all in market for The Everest (1200m) at Randwick.
Trapeze Artist was as short as $4.60 once he got ahold of a slot but as it stands now, he is at $5, just ahead of defending champ Redzel at $5.50. Those two do dominate betting, with next best being Kementari and In Her Time at $12, with the latter already being secured of a slot via the TAB.
The two that look potential value are the Anthony Freedman pair of Santa Ana Lane and Shoals at $26. The stable has made it no secret that they think both horses are worthy of a slot, and if they do indeed gain a slot, that $26 will just about be halved.
