Punters are siding with class when it comes to the Grand Prix (2200m) this afternoon at Eagle Farm, with a Sydney sider dominating the market.
The Elanora won the Spring Stakes two back before proving that was no fluke with an even more impressive win at Rosehill three weeks ago. Looks like he will eat up 2200m and gets Bossy to steer. Has a bit going for him, hence why he has been $2.70 to $2.25 and has been one of the more better backed runners at Eagle Farm this afternoon.
Next best in betting is impressive last start winner Mr Gee for John O’Shea, who is rated a $4.80 chance and has been popular, likewise See Marie, who is $5.50 in from $6.50. Dhakuri, who ran third to The Elanora at Rosehill, is $7 on the fourth line of betting and rock solid.
