Star Kiwis El Roca and Atlante have shortened in betting after Saturday’s Randwick Guineas field was finalised.

Online bookmaker Sportsbet.com.au turned El Roca, despite drawing barrier 14, into $3.80 while another trans-Tasman runner Atlante, $6.00 prior to the barrier draw, has firmed to $5.50.
Eurozone and Bull Point follow at $9.00, with the likes of Savvy Nature ($11), Woodbine ($13) and Koroibete ($41) all drifting.
“At the moment the Kiwi horses are the ones punters want. The wide barrier for El Roca hasn’t deterred them and Atlante should get the gun run from gate 5,” Sportsbet.com.au’s Ben Hawes said.
Sportsbet.com.au will refund punters their bet on the Randwick Guineas and their selection finishes 2nd.
In the other Randwick Group 1, local trainer Chris Waller holds the gun hand with Zoustar, who is the $2.50 favourite for the Canterbury Stakes, ahead of stablemate Red Tracer ($6.00 into $5.00), while Not Listenin’tome isplits them at $4.50.
The top three runners in the Challenge Stakes have all firmed, with Snitzerland ($2.50) heading off Buffering ($3.30) and Sessions ($6.00) for top billing.
