Nurse Kitchen hasn’t done a great deal in two runs back from a break but the David Briedoake trained filly has been the best supported in early betting to take out the Vinery Stud Stakes (2000m) this Saturday at Rosehill.
Her two runs this time in, both in Melbourne, have been inconclusive/disappointing depending on which way you look at it. But she gets out to a trip now, draws well and gets Shinn steering. She opened $21 and a few bets here and there has seen her trickle down to $15.
Pharlap Stakes winner Foxplay is the $3.50, while La Bella Diosa is friendless early, opening $4.60 and drifting to $5.00.
The filly that looks good value is Harlow Gold who has been well backed from $7.50 into $6.50. She is the Crown Oaks runner up who has been very good in two runs back from a break, and is proven on wet ground.
