Punters were quick to back Aquitaine in the Mick Dittman Plate on Saturday
Aquitaine has been a key firmer in early betting with Sportsbet.com.au for the final event at Eagle Farm this Saturday, the Mick Dittman Plate (1000m).
The James Cummings trained filly resumed in the Denise’s Joy at Rosehill and was very good in defeat when second to Fiteuse, with that form reading very well for a race like this. $3.50 was her opening price and that was taken, now into $3.10.
Niedorp, who is suited back to 1000m, is $3.60 out from $3.30 with the support for Aquitaine. A runner with quality that is also suited back in trip is Ruuca, who is an $11 chance and hasn’t budged.
