Payroll is the short priced favourite for the Lord Stakes
Payroll is the clear and dominant favourite in the market when it comes to the Listed feature at Caulfield this Saturday, the Lord Stakes (1700m).
The mare hasn’t raced for over five weeks since racing in the Eclipse at Sandown where she chased hard and nabbed Kidmenever right on the peg. She clearly holds the call at $2.30, slightly out from $2.25.
Next best in betting is last start Pakenham winner Master Reset at $4.80. He has the hard race fitness and maps well. Jacquinot Bay and Master Of Arts are both rock solid at $6.50 and $8 respectively.
