Sportsbet.com.au have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.
Randwick Race One Number 3 Nasaayim ($7.50):
Best horse in the race by a fair bit for mine and has got the brilliance. Hasn’t raced since the Schweppervescene on Tancred Day when down the track behind Irukandji. Good fresh horse and has been tuned up with a couple of sharp trials. On speed might well be the spot to be, and she’ll definitely be there. Surprised we are getting $7.50. Should be much shorter.
Randwick Race Two Number 13 Vivid Pink ($23):
Probably a 1×3 play at the price. Matty Dunn trained mare who was good when resuming at the Gold Coast before racing over 1400m during the Grafton Carnival where she landed some nice bets at longer odds, finishing off strongly out wide late under Clayton Gallagher to get the job done. Third up at 1400m looks an ideal set up.
Randwick Race Four Number 16 Dreams Of Paris ($15):
Thin race so I’m surprised there is $15+ on offer for this girl. Looks to be going really well for Mitch Beer. Just looked a bit flat second up in the Leilani Final behind Miss Gunpowder before racing last Wednesday Canterbury when working home strongly to run second to Gauguin. Untried beyond the mile, but is racing as if it will suit, and this race has no depth.
Randwick Race Five Number 2 Avilius ($4):
I think he starts a clear fav. If he’s anywhere near right, I think he’ll be far too good for this lot, who for the most part, are either coming to the end of the prep or out of form. He is a former French galloper making his Australian debut for the Godolphin team and he has really looked the part in a couple of trials.
