Sportsbet have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.
Flemington Race Eight Number 1 Fell Swoop ($3.90):
If he runs right up to his best, he’s a $2.50 chance, perhaps shorter, and that is what I’ll be banking on- class. He’s a Group l class sprinter, but just a length or two off the elite Group l sprinters. That was proven in the Spring as he went down the Everest path. He ran okay for the most part but just didn’t measure up. Trialled recently and looked outstanding to my eye. Proven down the straight too so he ticks the boxes.
Randwick Race One Number 9 Sepoy’s Choice ($10):
Thin Highway, and I reckon he represents great value. Beautifully bred gelding for the Matty Dunn stable who won a strong maiden two back at Ballina before stepping up to the Grafton mile where he beat all bar Polemic, a former Godolphin horse who had city form, so that does read well for this and he has had the hard mile run under the belt.
Randwick Race Two Number 12 Tamarack ($9.00):
Joe Pride trains this four year old, who is knocking on the door to win another race and he got the win on the board a couple of Friday nights back at Canterbury when badly held up before eventually getting clear air and savaging the line to get the win. Randwick 2000m is ideal and has upside, plus brings different form.
Doomben Race One Number 1 Slow Pace ($9.50):
If he can’t perform here, he can’t perform well elsewhere ever again. Without doubt the easiest race he has contested throughout his career. Two runs back have been poor, but they have been in the Summer Cup and Gosford Cup. Looks thrown in after the claim, and anywhere near right, he wins.
