Sportsbet.com.au have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find a runner from each city that appears overs in betting.
Moonee Valley Race Three Number 7 Bikila ($15.00):
Handy stayer who resumes for Pat Carey. The trainer thought highly enough of him to run in the Derby in the Autumn and he ran a beauty when fourth to Mongolian Khan. Wasn’t asked to do a great deal in a recent Cranbourne trial, and though a mile is short of his best, he can run home strongly here at odds in an even race.
Randwick Race One Number 2 Sasenkile ($15.00):
Tony McEvoy trained stayer who resumed over 1400m here a couple of weeks back and was a real eye catcher in a race dominated by those near the speed. He finished seventh, beaten just over four lengths. He will love the rise to 2000m, has a stack of upside and this field doesn’t really have a stand out, so he looks tremendous overs at $15.
Doomben Race One Number 2 State Of Wealth ($17.00):
He ran an enormous race first up I thought. He copped alot of pressure on speed and had every right to drop out and run last, but he kicked on pretty well to finish fourth behind Treatmelikealady, who is a leading contender in a race later in the day. This looks a bit easier, and if he doesn’t cop as much pressure here, he will give you a great sight at $17.
Morphettville Parks Race One Number 6 Elegant Rush ($15.00):
He opened $21 and has been well backed into $15, but I still that that’s good overs. He stuck to the task quite gamely I thought last time out at Murray Bridge when third to Milkwood. Prior to that he ran over 2250m on this track and ran a very admirable second. There are a few question marks on the favoured runners, and we know this horse will run the trip out.
