Over The Odds – 21/10/2017

Sportsbet.com.au have got their markets out for racing this Saturday, and we have tried to find four runners that appears overs in betting.

 

Randwick Race Two Number 6 Kaonic ($3.00):

Triple your money is a good bet here. He does have that look about him as if he is going to be a really good horse in the future so I’m keen to see what he does here because this race has been used as a lead up to bigger and better things. Okay, he didn’t beat much last time out at Canterbury, but he made a long searching run and ran down the tearaway leader. Randwick mile is perfect and he should be open to improvement.

 

Randwick Race Four Number 2 Havana Cooler ($13):

I thought his run in the St Leger last Saturday was very good. Loomed as a place chance halfway down the straight but just ran out of puff. Should be hard fit now, he draws to sit out the back and have last say, and really, this is a thin race compared to what he has faced.

 

Randwick Race Five Number 9 Dagny ($6.50):

Gee she’s a frustrating mare to follow. Some days she looks high class, other days she looks like a hack. Really liked her first up run behind Isorich before racing against that horse again and being poor on Super Saturday. Her saving graces here are that it appears to be a thin race and she does have excellent third up stats.

 

Randwick Race Seven Number 2 Dixie Blossoms ($5.50):

Her win in the Angst was outstanding last time out, albeit the peach from McEvoy was a large factor. She trucked up beautifully, got outside stablemate Daysee Doom and wore her down. I think back in trip suits Daysee better, but Dixie is tougher and more brilliant.
