Ballistic Boy is the well backed favourite in The Wave at the Gold Coast
Despite being a late scratching last Saturday, Ballistic Boy is favourite with Sportsbet to take out the TAB Wave (1800m) this Saturday at the Gold Coast.
The Chris Anderson trained four year old was a strong winner of the Doomben Mile last time out and was hard in the market for the Shoot Out last Saturday before being scratched at the barriers. Still, he is favourite for this weekend and well supported as well. Opened $4.20 and now sits at $3.80.
Paradee, for Danny O’Brien, is $4.60 to $4.40 and sits on the second line of betting ahead of likely leader Frosty Rocks, in a half point from a $6 opening price.
