Rosehill Race Eight Number 1 Frosty Rocks ($5):

He’s been up longer than Ron Jeremy and I just can’t entertain him as a betting proposition. Has been given 12/10 steers his past couple and just hasn’t finished it off, albeit in a couple of strong races at the Gold Coast. If he leads and gets control, he’ll be hard to run down…just $5 is way too short. Should be nearly double that.

Rosehill Race Nine Number 7 Masked Crusader ($1.90):

He’s being priced on hype. He was priced on hype last prep and didn’t win, so I can’t believe he is odds on in what does look a pretty strong race with good depth. Trialled well and was good fresh last prep, but $1.90 for a horse who has a career best win of a moderate midweek race at Bendigo…no thanks.
