Randwick Race Six Number 1 Nature Strip ($1.75): If you knew the A1 version of Nature Strip would turn up, you’d take $1.10 given how well the race shape looks for him to dominate from the front. But, he dumped J Mac in the first trial and then on Monday, he seemed to knuckled shortly after beginning. He can win, but not for me at the price.

Flemington Race Three Number 4 Begood Toya Mother ($5): It’s a wide open race but I’m not convinced he’s going any good so I think $5 is well under the odds. Admittedly, luckless in the Sir Rupert Clarke, but outside Behemoth, the race didn’t rate through the roof, and I’m quite interested in Mutitions, so think he’s a risk.
