Underestimating the Queensland form is fraught with danger. I learned not to underestimate Krone…but I am going to let this girl go through to the keeper at the odds. She is just rock bottom odds for a filly, whilst talented, has beaten relatively nothing compared to what she faces here. Drawn wide as well…think she’s a clear risk.

Bendigo Race Five Number 5 Need New Friends ($2.30):

She can win, but $2.30? No thanks. It was a ripping steer from Lane in the Tressady last time and she only went down narrowly to Chaillot. Now she’s $2.30, admittedly in a weaker race, but keep in mind she was $31 last start. I just think she’s too short for a mare who prior to last run was racing pretty much in midweek races.
